Physiotherapists | Pilates | Fascia | Pelvic | Hypopressive
With nearly two decades of experience as a physiotherapist, my approach has always gone beyond treatment to focus on prevention. Pilates has become an invaluable tool in that journey. In my classes, I blend the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates with the contemporary principles of STOTT Pilates, adapting movements to promote better balance, posture, efficient biomechanics, and full-body strength. In 2020, I decided to expand my knowledge by studying complementary techniques that aligned with my background as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. That’s when I became certified in LPF (Low Pressure Fitness) - Hypopressive Technique. LPF is a neuromyofascial training method combining postural and breathing exercises that protect the pelvic floor and spine. It is currently recognised as one of the most effective approaches for Core training, enhancing activation of the transverse, oblique, and pelvic floor muscles. In 2023, I became a mother myself and experienced firsthand the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum. I also realised that recovery extends far beyond the traditional 40 days after birth. This personal journey brought me closer to clients navigating the same path, inspiring me to deepen my studies. That’s when I immersed myself in the world of fascia and fascial training, which I now integrate into my sessions and classes. Today, I bring my knowledge and the Pilates studio experience directly to you – whether that’s online or face to face in the comfort of your own home. I work with people of all ages and stages, including: Pre- and post-natal women Menopause women Elderly Clients recovering from injuries / surgery Singers Dancers Athletes My goal is always the same: to help you feel stronger, freer, and more connected to your body.

Mindfulness & Wellbeing Coach
My journey with mindfulness started in 2012, one night I couldn’t sleep, so I searched for something relaxing on YouTube. I found a short meditation video and decided to give it a try. It helped me in a way I didn’t expect, and soon it became part of my daily routine. Over the years, my curiosity grew. I wanted to understand these practices more deeply, so I travelled to India, Japan, Thailand and other countries to learn directly from traditions and teachings there. Each place taught me something new about the mind, the body, and how we connect with ourselves. When I returned to London in 2018, I started sharing mindfulness with others in one to one sessions and groups. Working with NHS staff, community groups, and workplaces, I quickly noticed that one to one sessions often had the biggest impact. People felt truly seen and supported in those spaces. Alongside my mindfulness work, I have spent several years working in mental health employment services with the NHS. This gave me another perspective on how stress, pressure, and uncertainty affect people every day. It also taught me how important it is to create safe, supportive environments where people can slow down and reset. At In Rose Clinic, I bring together what I have learnt from both personal practice, professional training and experience. The sessions are gentle, structured, and practical. My aim is to help you find calm in the middle of a busy life, reconnect with your body, and build resilience for the challenges you face. This is not about perfection or forcing yourself to sit still. It is about creating real space for rest, regulation and reflection in a way that works for you.
Occupational Therapist - Sleep and mental health
Sleep is foundational to our health and wellbeing yet is something that more and more of us are struggling with in the modern day world. I'm passionate about restoring the alignment between our sleep physiology and lives. I'm an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist specialising in sleep and insomnia. With over 15 years experience in mental health and sleep, I support adults in rebuilding a healthier, more natural relationship with their sleep, without having to make huge changes or give up what they enjoy. My approach is grounded, compassionate and realistic - because life is busy and sleep advice needs to work in the real world. I use evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi/CBT-i) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Insomnia (ACTi/ACT-i) to help you understand how your sleep works, manage stress, anxiety and worries and adapt routines to create meaningful, lasting change. This isn't about chasing perfect sleep. It's about helping you feel calmer, more in control, and able to trust your sleep again.

Sleep coach
I am a Certified Sleep Consultant Practitioner and founder of The Good Sleep Method. I work with adults and teens looking to improve their sleep to enable them to feel and perform their best. I can help with a variety of different sleep challenges including short or long term insomnia, disrupted sleep due to pregnancy or menopause, those struggling at work from lack of sleep, or people wanting to improve their habits and routines around sleep to feel more energized. Along with my Accredited Sleep Consultant Diploma and Holistic Adult Sleep Coach Certification, I am a member of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants and the British Sleep Society, and additionally am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), anxiety management, sleep during the menopause and motivational interviewing. Additionally, I have a previous corporate background, as well as being a high level athlete and coach, so I deeply understand the impact our wellbeing (and particularly our sleep) has on performance. I regularly work with organisations and high performers on how to optimise sleep for peak performance. My clients are often people who feel like they’ve tried ‘everything’ to improve sleep themselves but have not seen the improvements they want, or those who do not want to take sleeping medication, as this doesn’t provide a long term solution for them or resolve the underlying root cause of their sleep challenge. I believe that everyone is capable of being a ‘good sleeper’, if they are armed with the right knowledge, tools & techniques to enable them to achieve this. I focus on a holistic approach to sleep that considers the interconnectedness of many factors that contribute to sleep quality & duration.
I‘m a certified trauma-informed coach using Root Cause Therapy to help you rewrite your limiting beliefs. I also specialize in the mother wound, having gone through the journey myself I understand where you are and where you can be.

I'm Giorgia, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner specialising in sleep and conscious dreaming. Through Lucid Mind Hypnotherapy, I offer online 1-to-1 sessions that work directly with the subconscious mind to address the root cause of poor sleep, not just the symptoms. I help clients overcome insomnia, sleep anxiety, nightmares, and racing thoughts at bedtime. I also specialise in lucid dreaming and dream interpretation, using the dream state as a space for healing and self-discovery. This rare combination of clinical hypnotherapy and deep dream work is informed by over a decade of Buddhist contemplative practice. I can help with: insomnia, sleep anxiety, nightmares, dream interpretation, lucid dreaming, stress and overthinking. All sessions are held online. If you're ready to sleep (and dream) differently, I'd love to work with you.
