Psychotherapist- Individuals and Couples
UK trained and based psychotherapist working with individual clients and couples. Can work with global clients remotely via Zoom.

psychotherapist
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip), accredited by both BACP and UKCP, and validated by Middlesex University. I am also a training assistant at the Psychosynthesis Trust, where I support trainee therapists in developing their skill. Do you often find yourself allowing others to cross your boundaries? Is it difficult to assert yourself and feel authentic in relationships? Are you feeling disconnected from your partner, or is your relationship starting to break down? I support clients who struggle with: • People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries • Feeling powerless in their relationships • Loops of self-criticism and a sense of being stuck • Challenges with vulnerability and building strong connections • Anxiety that makes it hard to manage daily life • Difficulty self-regulating emotions • Couples experiencing communication breakdowns • Couples navigating trust issues or betrayal • Partners feeling emotionally disconnected or distant • Recurring arguments that never seem to resolve • Differences in intimacy needs or sexual desire
Nutritionist
Hi- I'm Dee Dee, a Registered Associate Nutritionist who grew up in both Thailand and the UK. Having hosted my own supper club called Dinner at Dee Dee's due to my love for the sweet and savoury, I focus on Asian food and practical nutrition, not perfection. Growing up I ate traditional street foods, and instead of throwing all that away for “clean eating,” I’ve learned how to use it to support energy, mood and digestion. My goal is to help you feel better in your actual life: busy schedule, real cravings, limited time to cook. I break things down into simple frameworks, realistic portions and easy swaps, so you can eat in a way that feels familiar, satisfying and still aligned with your health goals. If you like food that tastes like home but works for your lifestyle now, you’re in the right place.

Clinical Dietitian
Hi, I’m Andrea, a Clinical Dietitian and founder of The Diet Clinic. I hold a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey and I am currently completing my MSc in Endocrinology & Diabetes at Queen Mary University London (Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry). My work focuses on helping people improve their health through evidence-based, personalised nutrition that is realistic, balanced, and sustainable. I support clients in areas including weight management, gut health, hormone balance, blood sugar regulation, and metabolic health, creating tailored nutrition plans that fit naturally into everyday life. My goal is to make nutrition feel clear, achievable, and enjoyable, while guiding and supporting clients every step of the way.

Menopause & Midlife Recalibration Coach
My Story I live with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and like many here, my journey hasn’t been linear or straightforward. There have been periods where I’ve felt completely overwhelmed — physically depleted, mentally exhausted, and at times very alone in trying to make sense of what was happening in my body. When perimenopause began alongside MS, it added another layer of complexity that I wasn’t prepared for, and I struggled to find clear, joined-up support. What I found most challenging wasn’t just the symptoms themselves — it was the lack of understanding around how these conditions interact. Fatigue, cognitive changes, inflammation, mood shifts… it can feel like everything is amplified, yet often treated separately. At my lowest point, I was bed-bound and unsure if things would improve. But over time, I began to rebuild — slowly, consistently, and with a lot of trial, learning, and self-compassion. My Work & Mission Through that experience, I developed a deep interest in understanding the intersection between neurological conditions, hormones, and overall wellbeing. I now work as a menopause and lifestyle coach, supporting women — particularly those navigating complex health journeys — to better understand their bodies and regain a sense of control. My focus is not on quick fixes, but on: * Stabilising the nervous system * Reducing overwhelm and inflammation * Supporting energy, resilience, and clarity * Helping women work with their bodies rather than against them ⸻ My Knowledge & Approach My work combines: * Lived experience of MS, CFS, and perimenopause * Coaching and behavioural insight * A strong focus on practical, sustainable lifestyle strategies * An understanding that every body responds differently I’m particularly passionate about raising awareness that midlife hormonal changes can significantly impact neurological conditions, and that women deserve better recognition, support, and guidance in this space.

Botanical Boys events are immersive, hands-on workshops designed to reconnect urban dwellers with nature through the art of terrarium building and botanical design. Held in vibrant locations across London—including their flagship site at Coal Drops Yard—these sessions offer a creative escape where participants learn to build self-sustaining miniature ecosystems. Led by expert horticulturalists, the events blend education on plant biology with artistic expression, providing all the tools, glass vessels, and exotic greenery needed to take a piece of the "great outdoors" home.
