Founder, Functional medicine nutritionist
Swati Madan is a UK-registered Nutritionist (AfN) and Functional Medicine Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience in transforming health through a deeply personalised, root-cause approach. As the Founder of Nutrilogy, she specialises in supporting women over 35 through key life transitions—including peri-menopause, menopause, metabolic health, and sustainable weight management. Blending the science of functional medicine with the wisdom of Ayurveda, Swati takes a holistic, systems-based approach to health. Swati is known for creating bespoke, results-driven programmes that go beyond conventional nutrition. Her approach integrates advanced diagnostics, targeted nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and mind-body alignment to deliver sustainable and transformative outcomes. Alongside her private practice, Swati collaborates with clinics and delivers workshops and corporate wellness programmes, helping individuals and organisations better understand and navigate modern health challenges—particularly those affecting women in midlife. She is also the visionary behind innovative wellness concepts that merge personalised health, technology, and conscious living—aimed at redefining the future of women’s health and longevity.

Menopause & Midlife Recalibration Coach
My Story I live with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and like many here, my journey hasn’t been linear or straightforward. There have been periods where I’ve felt completely overwhelmed — physically depleted, mentally exhausted, and at times very alone in trying to make sense of what was happening in my body. When perimenopause began alongside MS, it added another layer of complexity that I wasn’t prepared for, and I struggled to find clear, joined-up support. What I found most challenging wasn’t just the symptoms themselves — it was the lack of understanding around how these conditions interact. Fatigue, cognitive changes, inflammation, mood shifts… it can feel like everything is amplified, yet often treated separately. At my lowest point, I was bed-bound and unsure if things would improve. But over time, I began to rebuild — slowly, consistently, and with a lot of trial, learning, and self-compassion. My Work & Mission Through that experience, I developed a deep interest in understanding the intersection between neurological conditions, hormones, and overall wellbeing. I now work as a menopause and lifestyle coach, supporting women — particularly those navigating complex health journeys — to better understand their bodies and regain a sense of control. My focus is not on quick fixes, but on: * Stabilising the nervous system * Reducing overwhelm and inflammation * Supporting energy, resilience, and clarity * Helping women work with their bodies rather than against them ⸻ My Knowledge & Approach My work combines: * Lived experience of MS, CFS, and perimenopause * Coaching and behavioural insight * A strong focus on practical, sustainable lifestyle strategies * An understanding that every body responds differently I’m particularly passionate about raising awareness that midlife hormonal changes can significantly impact neurological conditions, and that women deserve better recognition, support, and guidance in this space.

Hi, I'm Libby Cheetham. A Certified Sleep Practitioner and founder of Libby Sleep Consultancy, specialising in baby, toddler and children’s sleep. I support families at every stage, from newborns to early childhood, with personalised sleep guidance that feels realistic and responsive. As a mother of three, including a set of fraternal boy/girl twins, I have lived experience of the very challenges my clients face. I understand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep struggles can be, not just for little ones, but for the whole family, and I’m passionate about helping parents improve sleep for the family. I work privately with families on a 1:1 basis offering newborn sleep consultations, fully tailored sleep plans and troubleshooting calls for when or if sleep goes sideways. My approach is evidence-based, grounded in developmental sleep science and shaped around each family’s unique rhythm, values and goals. I also partner with businesses and organisations to support working parents through wellbeing initiatives. I focus on the real impact sleep deprivation has on professional performance, cognitive function, emotional resilience and overall wellbeing. Helping parents optimise sleep doesn’t just change life at home but also elevates performance, productivity and fulfilment in life beyond it. If you’re navigating unpredictable newborn nights, frequent night wakes with your baby or toddler resistance and transitions such as starting nursery or big milestones, I’m here to support, listen and guide you.

Physiotherapists | Pilates | Fascia | Pelvic | Hypopressive
With nearly two decades of experience as a physiotherapist, my approach has always gone beyond treatment to focus on prevention. Pilates has become an invaluable tool in that journey. In my classes, I blend the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates with the contemporary principles of STOTT Pilates, adapting movements to promote better balance, posture, efficient biomechanics, and full-body strength. In 2020, I decided to expand my knowledge by studying complementary techniques that aligned with my background as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. That’s when I became certified in LPF (Low Pressure Fitness) - Hypopressive Technique. LPF is a neuromyofascial training method combining postural and breathing exercises that protect the pelvic floor and spine. It is currently recognised as one of the most effective approaches for Core training, enhancing activation of the transverse, oblique, and pelvic floor muscles. In 2023, I became a mother myself and experienced firsthand the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum. I also realised that recovery extends far beyond the traditional 40 days after birth. This personal journey brought me closer to clients navigating the same path, inspiring me to deepen my studies. That’s when I immersed myself in the world of fascia and fascial training, which I now integrate into my sessions and classes. Today, I bring my knowledge and the Pilates studio experience directly to you – whether that’s online or face to face in the comfort of your own home. I work with people of all ages and stages, including: Pre- and post-natal women Menopause women Elderly Clients recovering from injuries / surgery Singers Dancers Athletes My goal is always the same: to help you feel stronger, freer, and more connected to your body.

Occupational Therapist | Sleep and lifestyle professional
Sleep and our bodies thrive on rhythm and balance. When that balance is disrupted it can affect sleep, mood and energy and in turn how we feel and function day to day. I specialise in sleep and lifestyle support for people struggling with insomnia, fatigue, stress, and burnout. I’m an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of NHS clinical experience, and a certified Lifestyle Medicine professional with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. This means I’m trained to look beyond symptoms and explore the wider occupational and lifestyle factors that influence sleep. I’m certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), recommended by NICE as a first-line treatment for insomnia. This incorporates stress physiology, dealing with a racing mind and nervous system regulation, because a body or mind in “threat mode” at bedtime will struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. My approach is holistic and solution-focused, and addresses the underlying drivers or root cause of poor sleep. Sleep doesn’t exist in isolation so we look at the full 24 hour picture. I provide a comprehensive assessment of your sleep difficulties, and analyse how your daily routines, habits, behaviours, beliefs and environment may be contributing to your sleep difficulties. This includes understanding how food, movement, connection, and mental wellbeing all play a vital role in our sleep health. Together we co-create a tailored sleep wellness plan that includes practical action steps, small daily practices and adaptive strategies, whilst simultaneously addressing your sleep beliefs and mindset. Using this combination of sleep education, cognitive and behavioural and environmental strategies it is possible to achieve restful, restorative sleep.

Through Lucid Mind Hypnotherapy, I offer online 1-to-1 sessions that work directly with the subconscious mind to address the root cause of poor sleep, not just the symptoms. I help clients overcome insomnia, sleep anxiety, nightmares, and racing thoughts at bedtime. I also specialise in lucid dreaming and dream interpretation, using the dream state as a space for healing and self-discovery. This rare combination of clinical hypnotherapy and deep dream work is informed by over a decade of Buddhist contemplative practice.
