I am passionate about supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing. As someone who has worked in a corporate environment for over 12 years, I know how busy life can be and the pressures professionals, and indeed busy people, are under. I am a fully qualified, insured, clinically supervised member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work to a strict code of ethics and confidentiality. I see my role as creating a safe non-judgmental environment where you feel able to explore whatever is important to you. Going at your pace, I will be right there with you facilitating your exploration and navigating our way together. Sleep coach
I'm a qualified sleep therapist with qualifications in CBTI, ACTI and health coaching with a specialism in behavioural change. My background includes a degree in psychology and being a registered osteopath, so I take a very holistic approach to my clinical care. I've been helping adults with insomnia for many years, using both my clinical knowledge, my personal experience of insomnia, and a generally compassionate and supportive coaching approach. I can help people with both insomnia, some circadian rhythm disorders, and repetitive nightmares, using only evidence based approaches.

I am a Certified Sleep Consultant Practitioner and founder of The Good Sleep Method. I work with adults and teens looking to improve their sleep to enable them to feel and perform their best. I can help with a variety of different sleep challenges including short or long term insomnia, disrupted sleep due to pregnancy or menopause, those struggling at work from lack of sleep, or people wanting to improve their habits and routines around sleep to feel more energized. Along with my Accredited Sleep Consultant Diploma and Holistic Adult Sleep Coach Certification, I am a member of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants and the British Sleep Society, and additionally am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), anxiety management, sleep during the menopause and motivational interviewing. Additionally, I have a previous corporate background, as well as being a high level athlete and coach, so I deeply understand the impact our wellbeing (and particularly our sleep) has on performance. I regularly work with organisations and high performers on how to optimise sleep for peak performance. My clients are often people who feel like they’ve tried ‘everything’ to improve sleep themselves but have not seen the improvements they want, or those who do not want to take sleeping medication, as this doesn’t provide a long term solution for them or resolve the underlying root cause of their sleep challenge. I believe that everyone is capable of being a ‘good sleeper’, if they are armed with the right knowledge, tools & techniques to enable them to achieve this. I focus on a holistic approach to sleep that considers the interconnectedness of many factors that contribute to sleep quality & duration.

The Rehab Dietitian
I'm a specialist cancer, rehabilitation & gastrointestinal dietitian with many years of experience in dietetics, nutritional treatment and preventative nutritional counselling. I have a special interest and strong background in providing support for people struggling with gastrointestinal side effects from cancer treatments, for example, side effects following pelvic radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and/or surgery. I have training and experience supporting those with neuroendocrine cancer/neoplasms (NENs). As well as over 20 years of experience with chronic gastroenterological conditions such as bowel surgery, diverticular disease, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), gallstones (and post cholecystectomy) and food allergy/intolerance. I have completed training to assess and support those with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), pancreatic insufficiency and bile acid diarrhoea/malabsorption. I work in all areas of nutritional rehabilitation and prehabilitation to optimise recovery and fitness. Including supporting people recover from Covid or long Covid. I am also trained to use personalised nutrition (coupled with Nutrigenomics/nutrigenetics) to provide individual DNA based assessments. I am Monash University trained in the use of the Low FODMAP Diet. What services do I provide? - I provide telehealth services nationwide and internationally - Nutritional assessment and analysis - Letters and recommendations to other health care professionals (with your consent) - Nutrigenomics and blood tests recommendations - Small bowel intestinal overgrowth assessment and support - I can also arrange gut health assessments including microbiome stool analysis reports and recommendations. - Meal advise and recipe ideas How can nutritional treatment help?
