With nearly two decades of experience as a physiotherapist, my approach has always gone beyond treatment to focus on prevention. Pilates has become an invaluable tool in that journey. In my classes, I blend the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates with the contemporary principles of STOTT Pilates, adapting movements to promote better balance, posture, efficient biomechanics, and full-body strength. In 2020, I decided to expand my knowledge by studying complementary techniques that aligned with my background as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. That’s when I became certified in LPF (Low Pressure Fitness) - Hypopressive Technique. LPF is a neuromyofascial training method combining postural and breathing exercises that protect the pelvic floor and spine. It is currently recognised as one of the most effective approaches for Core training, enhancing activation of the transverse, oblique, and pelvic floor muscles. In 2023, I became a mother myself and experienced firsthand the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum. I also realised that recovery extends far beyond the traditional 40 days after birth. This personal journey brought me closer to clients navigating the same path, inspiring me to deepen my studies. That’s when I immersed myself in the world of fascia and fascial training, which I now integrate into my sessions and classes. Today, I bring my knowledge and the Pilates studio experience directly to you – whether that’s online or face to face in the comfort of your own home. I work with people of all ages and stages, including: Pre- and post-natal women Menopause women Elderly Clients recovering from injuries / surgery Singers Dancers Athletes My goal is always the same: to help you feel stronger, freer, and more connected to your body.

Sleep and our bodies thrive on rhythm and balance. When that balance is disrupted it can affect sleep, mood and energy and in turn how we feel and function day to day. I specialise in sleep and lifestyle support for people struggling with insomnia, fatigue, stress, and burnout. I’m an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of NHS clinical experience, and a certified Lifestyle Medicine professional with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. This means I’m trained to look beyond symptoms and explore the wider occupational and lifestyle factors that influence sleep. I’m certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), recommended by NICE as a first-line treatment for insomnia. This incorporates stress physiology, dealing with a racing mind and nervous system regulation, because a body or mind in “threat mode” at bedtime will struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. My approach is holistic and solution-focused, and addresses the underlying drivers or root cause of poor sleep. Sleep doesn’t exist in isolation so we look at the full 24 hour picture. I provide a comprehensive assessment of your sleep difficulties, and analyse how your daily routines, habits, behaviours, beliefs and environment may be contributing to your sleep difficulties. This includes understanding how food, movement, connection, and mental wellbeing all play a vital role in our sleep health. Together we co-create a tailored sleep wellness plan that includes practical action steps, small daily practices and adaptive strategies, whilst simultaneously addressing your sleep beliefs and mindset. Using this combination of sleep education, cognitive and behavioural and environmental strategies it is possible to achieve restful, restorative sleep.

I have a strong interest in promoting evidence-based nutrition and improving health outcomes at a population level. Through my academic training and NHS volunteering experience, I have developed an understanding of the role of nutrition in disease prevention and community health. I am particularly interested in making nutrition information simple, practical, and accessible to diverse populations. Her golf mobility coaching helps “fit but stiff” golfers improve flexibility, swing rotation, power, and recovery while reducing injuries and lowering handicaps. What connects both niches is the same core principle: modern lifestyles create stiffness, stress, and compensation patterns in the body. Kay’s approach combines yoga therapy, movement science, mobility training, and mindful recovery to help people move better, perform better, and stay pain free long term.
