Hi, I'm Maria based in London, UK. I enhance people’s wellbeing through online life coaching and hypnotherapy, incorporating my background in fitness as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. If you’re not fulfilling your potential, I can support you to move past unhelpful thoughts, feelings, habits and dynamics to enhance your capabilities, health and wellbeing. My holistic, growth-mindset approach manages overwhelm, heals trauma, elevates relationships and boosts performance, self-esteem and confidence. I combine clinical dietetics with a practical, behaviour-focused approach — helping people improve their relationship with food while achieving realistic and long-term results. My academic research explores the role of diet in red blood cell disorders (sickle cell and thalassaemia) and its connection with eating behaviours, which I have presented at conferences and continue to develop through collaborative work.
