Modern wellness has become fragmented, overwhelming, and often performative. People are constantly exposed to information, trends, and advice, yet many still feel disconnected from themselves and from others. At the same time, truly exceptional wellness professionals often struggle to be found in a meaningful way. AMA was built to bridge that gap.

What we do

AMA is a curated wellness marketplace connecting people with trusted professionals across four pillars of wellbeing: Activity, Nutrition, Sleep, and Mindfulness. Through the platform, users can discover and book sessions, classes, consultations, workshops, and experiences — both online and in person — with carefully selected professionals and businesses.

But AMA is more than a booking platform. Our vision is a global wellness ecosystem that feels intelligent, personal, and emotionally safe — one that redefines wellness not as perfection or performance, but as sustainable wellbeing woven into everyday life.

We believe wellness should be accessible yet high-quality, inspiring without being intimidating, and modern while remaining grounded in real human connection.

Elena brings a background in strategy, brand development, and digital business. She leads AMA's overall vision, business strategy, and long-term growth, with a particular focus on positioning the platform within the experience-led wellness space.

Valeria

Co-founder · Operations & creative

Valeria drives the operational and creative direction of the company. With a strong eye for aesthetics and user experience, she ensures that every part of the AMA experience — from professional onboarding to brand communication — reflects the company's core values of trust, quality, and authenticity.

Together, they built AMA around a shared belief: that wellness should feel neither transactional nor intimidating, but supportive, human, and lasting. Their long-term vision is for AMA to become a globally recognised wellness ecosystem, seamlessly integrating digital wellbeing, real-world experiences, community, and preventative health.
