SLEEP COACH / FEMALE HEALTH - FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE PRACTITIONER

I'm a nutritional therapist (CNM), a functional medicine practitioner (FMU) and a yoga teacher (BWY). I enjoy supporting people with sleep problems and to do it naturally. Sleep is everything! When we can't sleep our whole system collapses. A day after a poor night's sleep is practically a lost day, a day spent almost like in a different dimension, so-to-speak, in other words, not in a very happy place. But when we sleep, the difference is huge, and the following day we can think clearly, we can focus, we can exercise, we can work and be productive, we can meet up with people and socialise, there is enough energy in our body and mind to juggle with family, work, friends, learning, and more. If you're reading this and you struggle with sleep issues, allow me to say that insomnia is reversible! From a physiological perspective, we need to check your sex, thyroid, and stress hormones, and rebalance them. We also need to check a few genes, your gut and your brain, and work on fixing any epigenetic issues with your brain and your liver, for example, as well as on reducing and eliminating the inflammation in the gut-brain-axis. Diet, lifestyle and mindset will determine how successful you are in this job! Get in touch and let's work together to help you recover your natural and precious sleep again! You deserve it!
