I bring a unique position of merging holistic practices with science - blending my background in genetics, cancer research, yoga & nutritional therapy. I specialise in stress, fatigue, nervous system regulation, holistic sleep support, and energy regulation and I am a leader in the yoga community in London, providing CPD trainings and mentoring to yoga teachers. I support my clients in identifying the root causes of symptoms and health issues they experience so they can work towards feeing their best and towards optimal health. I also host webinars, workshops, group support programs, retreats and in-person events internationally.
