I'm a nutritional therapist (CNM), a functional medicine practitioner (FMU) and a yoga teacher (BWY). I enjoy supporting people with sleep problems and to do it naturally. Sleep is everything! When we can't sleep our whole system collapses. A day after a poor night's sleep is practically a lost day, a day spent almost like in a different dimension, so-to-speak, in other words, not in a very happy place.
