Hi, I'm Roxanne. As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I help adults in London (online and in-person) move beyond simply coping, toward sustainable wellbeing and self-management. Neurodivergence: Supporting individuals navigating the challenges that come with a late-diagnosed ADHD diagnosis (as well as integrating learning from my CPD in Trauma-Informed work and Calming the Inner Critic).
