About Lucia

I’m a multilingual Dietitian-Nutritionist specialising in weight management, body recomposition, sports nutrition, and digestive health. My approach combines evidence-based science with a practical, realistic mindset — helping you build lasting habits without restrictive diets or unnecessary rules. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Management of Obesity, along with additional diplomas in Digestive Health and Sports Nutrition. In our sessions, I focus on understanding your goals, lifestyle, and preferences to create nutrition strategies that truly fit your life. Whether you want to optimise performance, improve gut health, or develop a healthier relationship with food, my goal is to help you make sustainable progress and feel confident in your choices.

A personalised session designed to help you feel better, improve your habits, and understand your nutrition in a realistic way — without strict or restrictive rules. Together, we’ll explore your goals, daily routine, eating patterns, and health background to identify what truly needs to change and how to do it sustainably. The first session is a complete assessment: we’ll focus on understanding your current situation in depth — your lifestyle, symptoms, preferences, and objectives. This information is essential for me to build your plan. After analysing your case, I’ll prepare your personalised nutrition plan, which you’ll receive and review with me at your second session (follow-up).
