I’m a multilingual Dietitian-Nutritionist specialising in weight management, body recomposition, sports nutrition, and digestive health. My approach combines evidence-based science with a practical, realistic mindset — helping you build lasting habits without restrictive diets or unnecessary rules. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Management of Obesity, along with additional diplomas in Digestive Health and Sports Nutrition. In our sessions, I focus on understanding your goals, lifestyle, and preferences to create nutrition strategies that truly fit your life. What this session offers
A consultation designed for couples or partners who live in the same household and want to improve their nutrition and lifestyle together. Whether your goal is to eat healthier, manage weight, support training, or simply feel better, this session helps you align your habits and work as a team. The first session focuses on understanding both of you — your goals, health background, eating habits, and daily routines — to identify what needs to change and how to do it realistically. After analysing your case, I’ll create your shared nutrition plan, which you’ll receive and review with me at your first follow-up session. The plan will be adapted to your lifestyle, preferences, and shared objectives, helping you make sustainable changes together.
