My journey in nutrition began in 2015, and I’ve continued expanding my knowledge ever since, with additional training in health coaching and mental health. I support clients through a blend of nutrition, holistic habits, and lifestyle guidance, helping them build sustainable routines that nurture both body and mind. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me baking healthy treats, wandering in nature, or travelling to discover new inspirations that enrich my practice.
