Hi, I’m Emma, a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in women’s health, with a focus on perimenopause and menopause. I help women who feel out of balance, whether that’s through disrupted sleep, low energy, mood changes, or hormone shifts, reconnect with their bodies. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a deep understanding of the nervous system and stress response, helping you find calm, resilience, and hormonal harmony in a busy world. Having come from a high-pressure corporate background myself, I understand how easy it is to lose touch with your body’s signals. That’s why my work goes beyond food plans. It’s about helping you create sustainable habits that feel good and are suited to your lifestyle. Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to uncover what’s really driving your symptoms and support your body’s natural ability to rebalance.
