When two people stop feeling like they are on the same side, the same arguments return in new forms. Couple therapy offers a steady space to slow those cycles down: to understand what each of you is protecting, what you are each reaching for, and how old wounds shape the way you meet one another now. Drawing on more than twenty years of clinical work across cultures, and my framework, Trauma-Relational Integration, built on Regulation, Responsibility and Relational Depth, we work toward conflict that repairs rather than ruptures, and closeness that feels safe again. Well suited to couples navigating distance, transition, cross-cultural partnership, betrayal, or the slow drift of a long relationship. Where there are concerns about safety within the relationship, we begin with individual consultations. Online, in English.
