Many high-achieving individuals have built successful careers, created financial stability, and carried significant responsibility with resilience and competence. Yet even at this level, deeper challenges often emerge, repetitive patterns, strained relationships, and internal conflicts that cannot be resolved through performance or insight alone. This is not a breakdown. It is a transition toward integration. I work with high-functioning adults who are ready to move beyond coping and into meaningful psychological change. My work is grounded in The TRI Model (Trauma Relational Integration), an integrative framework I developed that brings together three core systems: cognition, relational depth, and regulation. This approach recognizes that lasting change does not come from insight alone. It requires coordination between how we think, how we relate, and how our nervous system responds under pressure. In our work together, we create a space that supports: Regulation — developing nervous system stability and emotional flexibility Relational depth — building authentic, differentiated connection Cognition— transforming patterns of meaning, interpretation, and self-understanding This allows deeper work around attachment wounds, identity conflicts, childhood adaptations, and the often hidden emotional cost of high performance. Educated across the United States, Canada, and India, and now based in Europe, I bring a global and integrative perspective to clinical work. My approach is informed not only by professional training but also by lived experience of personal transformation. I welcome conversations about the emotional cost of high achievement, nervous system regulation, relational patterns, and what genuine transformation actually requires.
