About Brodie
Brodie is a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) who believes nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. She loves helping women confidently navigate preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum by showing them how to nourish their bodies for healthy conception, a thriving pregnancy, and a smoother postpartum journey. As a mum herself, Brodie understands firsthand the changes (and challenges!) that come with growing a tiny human and moving through the postpartum season. Her ultimate focus is to empower women on their health journey so they can feel their best and not settle for simply feeling “blah.” Areas of Speciality: Preconception, pregnancy, postpartum Women’s health (irregular cycles, heavy and painful periods, PMS, PCOS, endometriosis) Gut health & digestive issues Weight management Brodie holds a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine and a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Environmental Health. She is also an Integrative Health Practitioner and a qualified Yoga Teacher. With over two years of clinical experience and more than 300 hours of clinical practicum training, Brodie brings both expertise and genuine care to her work. She is registered with the Australasian Association and Register of Practicing Nutritionists (AARPN) and maintains ongoing professional development and education to uphold this certification.
Follow-up consultations are designed to review your progress, assess how you’re responding to your treatment plan, and continue building on your health goals. During these sessions, we’ll discuss any changes in symptoms, challenges you may be experiencing, dietary adjustments, lifestyle factors, and any new health updates. Your plan and recommendations will be refined as needed to ensure they continue to align with your goals and individual needs. You’ll leave with ongoing guidance, practical strategies, and clear next steps to help keep you moving forward with confidence and support.
