I’m also the founder of Object Meditation — a unique methodology I created that blends ancient yogic principles, modern neuroscience, and sensory focus to bring people back into their bodies in a simple, grounded, and transformative way. A one-on-one session is a fully personalised practice designed around your body, goals, and energy on the day. Whether we meet online or in person, each class blends mindful movement, functional alignment, breathwork, and grounding to support both strength and softness. Together, we refine technique, explore deeper variations, and create space for a practice that evolves with you. Online sessions offer flexibility and convenience, allowing you to practice from anywhere with real-time guidance and tailored adjustments. In-person sessions provide a more hands-on experience for alignment, posture refinement, and bespoke sequencing. Pricing for in-person sessions varies depending on the location and must be within London. A one-on-one yoga session—online or in-person—gives you a fully personalised practice tailored to your body, goals, and energy. With targeted alignment cues, injury-aware adjustments, and goal-focused sequencing, you progress faster and with more confidence than in a group setting. These sessions create space for deeper mind–body connection, intentional breathwork, and the flexibility to schedule around your life. In-person sessions offer added hands-on support, and pricing will depend on location (London-based only).
