I am a yoga teacher with over 15 years experience and I am also a healthy food chef and sports nutrition coach. I believe living with purpose and from a conscious space you can achieve an optimal life balance. I teach hatha vinyasa and principles of ashtanga yoga but I've also developed a type of fit-yoga practice combining elements of functional training with power yoga.
