About Kazumi
Combining Japanese wisdom and sensitivity with Scandinavian clarity and pragmatism, Kazumi helps thoughtful international professionals lead and live with greater authenticity, clarity, and wellbeing. She creates space for deeper reflection and self-awareness, where clients can explore new perspectives, see the wider context, and make choices aligned with who they truly are. Her work connects authentic leadership not only with clients’ personal values and wellbeing, but also with their cultural roots, identity, and the society where they live and work, elements that are vital for navigating complexity and uncertainty in an increasingly interconnected and volatile world. Born and raised in Japan, she earned her BA in the US and MA in Sweden, and has built her career across Japan and Sweden. She brings decades of experience working for various global corporations, including over a decade as a social sustainability expert for a global smartphone brand. Kazumi is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), providing leadership and wellbeing coaching and intercultural mentoring in English and Japanese
This is a package of three sessions (45-min). A wise professional working in a global corporation, climbing the corporate ladder while ignoring their physical, emotional and spiritual needs — this is who I work with. Combining Japanese sensitivity with Scandinavian clarity, I support thoughtful professionals around the world who want to lead and live in alignment with who they truly are, while navigating today's increasingly interconnected world. Drawing on her background in cultural anthropology and over 15 years leading sustainability initiatives across global organisations in Japan and Sweden, I help clients connect the dots between leadership, wellbeing and cultural identity.
