About Jane
I’m a Menopause Wellness Practitioner and Coach specialising in helping women dealing with the physical, emotional and practical challenges of the perimenopause and menopause. I offer personalised one-to-one menopause support, helping you make sense of your symptoms, understand your options and identify realistic changes that can improve how you feel and function day to day. We can explore areas such as sleep, nutrition, energy, stress, weight, confidence and overall wellbeing, with support personalised to you. My approach is practical, compassionate and non-judgemental. Rather than giving you a long list of things you “should” be doing, I work with you to understand what matters most and find manageable steps that fit your life. You might be struggling with symptoms, feeling unlike yourself or simply want some guidance and clarity as you move through the menopause. I’m here to help you feel more informed, supported and in control.
A 60-minute one-to-one session to help you understand how the perimenopause or menopause may be affecting you and identify practical changes that could help you feel better. We’ll talk about the symptoms and challenges you’re experiencing. That might be poor sleep, fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, stress, weight changes or simply not feeling like yourself, and we'll consider the wider lifestyle factors that may be contributing. Nutrition is a key part of my work because what, when and how we eat can have a real impact on energy, blood sugar, appetite, weight, sleep and overall wellbeing during menopause. During our session, we’ll look at your current eating habits and explore things such as whether you’re getting enough protein and fibre, how balanced your meals are, your appetite and cravings, hydration, and how your eating patterns fit around your daily life. You’ll come away with personalised, realistic actions to work on, rather than a generic list of things you “should” be doing. This is a supportive, practical session designed to help you understand your menopause and feel more confident about what you can do to support your health and wellbeing.
