I am a certified life coach who specializes in burnout recovery and guiding clients through life transitions. As a yoga teacher and meditation guide, I am dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and deep rest. With 450 hours of specialized training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing, I create experiences that blend modern nervous system science with ancient yogic practices. After a successful 15-year career in New York City’s fashion industry, I experienced severe burnout that led me to completely redefine my life. My healing journey inspired me to move to Bali, where I now teach wellness workshops, helping others navigate stress, burnout, and major life events. My classes are known for being grounding, accessible, and deeply restorative. While you remain comfortably lying down, you'll be guided through breath awareness, body relaxation, visualization, and mindfulness techniques designed to calm the nervous system and release physical and mental tension.
