Hi, I'm Libby Cheetham. A Certified Sleep Practitioner and founder of Libby Sleep Consultancy, specialising in baby, toddler and children’s sleep. I support families at every stage, from newborns to early childhood, with personalised sleep guidance that feels realistic and responsive. As a mother of three, including a set of fraternal boy/girl twins, I have lived experience of the very challenges my clients face. I understand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep struggles can be, not just for little ones, but for the whole family, and I’m passionate about helping parents improve sleep for the family. I work privately with families on a 1:1 basis offering newborn sleep consultations, fully tailored sleep plans and troubleshooting calls for when or if sleep goes sideways. My approach is evidence-based, grounded in developmental sleep science and shaped around each family’s unique rhythm, values and goals. I also partner with businesses and organisations to support working parents through wellbeing initiatives. I focus on the real impact sleep deprivation has on professional performance, cognitive function, emotional resilience and overall wellbeing. Helping parents optimise sleep doesn’t just change life at home but also elevates performance, productivity and fulfilment in life beyond it. The Sleep Blueprint is a fully comprehensive, personalised and responsive Sleep Plan aimed at 5 months to 5 years, to give you the tools and confidence to improve your child's sleep gradually and safely. It includes: - 3 day Sleep Diary Analysis 1 hour Virtual Sleep Consultation - Personalised Sleep Blueprint Plan - 30 minutes Follow up Call (Additional Daily whatsapp support can be arranged as an Add on) Here's how it works: 1. Book your 1hr Sleep Consultation (please allow at least 3 working days between today and the Consultation date to allow for the Sleep Diary). In this call we will chat through your sleep issues, goals and strategies/techniques to improve sleep. 2. Upon booking, you will be redirected to a confirmation page, giving you a link to a Sleep Diary Template and Pre Support Questionnaire Please return these 24 hours before the Consultation 3. You will receive your Personalised Sleep Blueprint Plan within 48 hours of the Call with suggested routines and techniques to improve sleep, based on the goals and issues discussed in the Sleep Consultation. 4. We can then book in a Troubleshoot Call, typically within 5-7 days of you starting the Plan. Suitable for 5 months to 5 years.
