I help people reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep. overcome phobias and change habits. I use a variety of techniques including hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques, CBT, NLP, EMDR and BLAST. I work in central Bristol and online.
I recommend 60 minute sessions after the initial 90 minute session. If you prefer to only do 60 minute sessions though that is fine. Session using hypnotherapy, EFT, CBT, NLP, EMDR and BLAST - whichever is most suitable. Please note that I work from 2 rooms that are about a 5 minute walk away from each other. I will let you know which one we will be at when you book.
