I help people reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep. overcome phobias and change habits. I use a variety of techniques including hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques, CBT, NLP, EMDR and BLAST. I work in central Bristol and online.
I recommend a 90 minute session for the first one. Other sessions (if required) are usually 60 minutes unless you prefer 90 minutes) Session using hypnotherapy, EFT, CBT, NLP, EMDR and BLAST - whichever is most suitable.
