I am an experienced counsellor, CBT Practitioner and psychotherapist specialising in mindful practice, sleep hygiene, anxiety, OCD, attachment wounds and relationship difficulties.
I am a qualified CBT Practitioner and can help with exploring your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. We can look at the patterns, where they started and why. Or if you tend to to ruminate or predict worst case scenarios, often keeping you awake at night, we can look at ways of interrupting that cycle. CBT is a research-proven theory to help with all types of anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, panic, insomnia, rumination and lots more. CBT can provide you with tools that you can use long after therapy has ended too.
