My Approach I combine traditional healing techniques such as Reiki and meditation with practical life coaching strategies. My approach is holistic, addressing the mind, body and spirit as one. I work with clients to build self-esteem, strengthen confidence and cultivate a positive mindset. Alongside this, I offer spiritual guidance to help individuals connect with their faith or higher belief, regardless of background and discover greater meaning and direction in their lives. Mentor Profile My work focuses on guiding people through personal transformation using Reiki, life coaching and meditation. Before dedicating myself full-time to my healing practice, I spent over 25 years building a successful career in the business sector, gaining extensive experience in customer service, management, and process development. During my time at HATZ, I managed transport services for children with special needs across the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. This role involved close collaboration with parents, schools, and hospitals, overseeing 25 routes and clients, and ensuring that every child received safe, reliable, and compassionate support. I later joined Chubb Fire and Security, where I managed high-value contracts with major clients such as Lidl and Sainsbury’s. Leading teams of 12–40 engineers, I was responsible for maintaining efficient operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, and upholding compliance across all business processes. These experiences strengthened my leadership, communication and problem-solving skills — qualities that I bring into my coaching, mentoring and helping others create meaningful transformation in their own lives. I’m drawn to mentoring because I understand how overwhelming it can feel to find your direction in life. I want to support young people in setting meaningful goals and developing the confidence and resilience to pursue them wholeheartedly. What I love most about this work are the moments when people experience real shifts—when they accomplish something they once thought impossible, begin to feel genuinely proud of themselves, and start viewing challenges as opportunities. Helping someone move from uncertainty to self-assurance is one of the most rewarding experiences I know. As a mentor, I bring both emotional support and practical strategies for building confidence, strengthening self-esteem, and setting clear, attainable goals. I aim to help my mentees break through limiting beliefs, cultivate a positive mindset, and take consistent, meaningful action toward their vision. I’m passionate about teaching tools that empower people to overcome self-doubt and stay motivated as they pursue their dreams. My ideal mentee is someone open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to challenge themselves—someone who’s willing to take steps, big or small, toward creating the life they truly want.
