What You’ll Gain: Personalized Beauty & Wellness Nutrition Plan: Your plan will be tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and health goals. Together we’ll create a clear, practical roadmap that supports your skin, metabolism, hormones, and overall vitality from the inside out. Radiant Skin Support: Nutrition plays a powerful role in skin health. We’ll focus on strategies that help support collagen production, hydration, and healthy aging while reducing inflammation that can impact the skin. Gut Health Optimization: Digestive health is closely connected to energy, skin, and hormone balance. We’ll implement strategies to support digestion, reduce bloating, and help maintain a balanced microbiome. This 3-month package includes 6 sessions: Month 1: (1) 60-minute initial consultation, (1) 45-minute strategy session. Months 2-3: (2) 45-minute nutrition coaching per month.
