What You’ll Experience Customized Hormone-Supportive Nutrition Strategy: Your plan will be tailored to your current health, lifestyle, and goals. We’ll create a practical roadmap to support hormone balance, metabolism, and overall wellness in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. Skin, Hair, and Beauty Support: Hormones play a major role in collagen production, hydration, and skin resilience. Through targeted nutritional strategies, we’ll focus on supporting healthy skin, hair strength, and natural radiance from the inside out. Metabolic Health and Energy Balance: Hormonal shifts can influence how your body manages energy and weight. You’ll learn how to nourish your body in ways that support stable blood sugar, steady energy levels, and a resilient metabolism. Program Format: Month One • One 60-minute initial consultation to review your health history, goals, and current challenges • One 45-minute follow-up session to establish your personalized strategy. Months Two and Three • Two 45-minute coaching sessions each month to monitor progress, refine your plan, and address new questions.
