I’m a Certified Sleep Specialist and Founder of Caring Sleep Solutions, supporting both adults and children with sleep difficulties. I hold a PhD in Medical Neuroscience and have over 16 years of experience in sleep science, brain health, and mental wellbeing. I work with sleep as a foundational pillar of health, not a quick fix. My approach focuses on understanding why sleep is disrupted and helping the brain and body return to healthy, sustainable sleep patterns—without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all protocols. For adults, I support people struggling with insomnia, difficulty winding down, racing thoughts at night, sleep-related anxiety, burnout, and low energy. We work together to address both the biological and behavioral drivers of poor sleep, using practical strategies that fit real life. I also work closely with infants, young children, and families, offering high-touch, deeply personalized, and attachment-focused sleep support. I never use cry-it-out methods. Instead, sleep strategies are carefully tailored to each child’s developmental stage, temperament, and family context, always protecting the parent–child bond.
