Hi, my name is Tamara and I guide women through complete identity recalibration, helping them shift their mindset, body, and nervous system so they can break free from old patterns and step into the life they’ve been chasing. My method blends mindset work, movement, and nervous system tools for deep, lasting change. This isn’t theory for me: I’ve lived it. I rewired my own identity after years of anxiety, toxic relationships, and emotional burnout. With the academic help of a PhD, and various certifications I now help high-achieving women rebuild from the inside out.
