Hi, my name is Tamara and I guide women through complete identity recalibration, helping them shift their mindset, body, and nervous system so they can break free from old patterns and step into the life they’ve been chasing. My method blends mindset work, movement, and nervous system tools for deep, lasting change. This isn’t theory for me: I’ve lived it. I rewired my own identity after years of anxiety, toxic relationships, and emotional burnout. With the academic help of a PhD, and various certifications I now help high-achieving women rebuild from the inside out. If you're navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or craving emotional resilience, I’m here to walk this journey with you ... and make sure it actually sticks!
What this session offers
If you’re battling anxiety, low self-worth, body image fixations, relationship issues, or chronic overthinking because of built-in old patterns, these sessions are for you. You will focus on breaking old patterns, rewiring and upleveling your identity from the inside out using: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and subconscious rewiring techniques linked to neuroscience. Every session will also challenge your physical body as mind-body integration is key to upleveling. You will have weekly assignments of breathwork, mindfulness, and different types of physical movement to include in your everyday life.
