A 50 minute reformer Pilates class. This class is designed for those familiar with Reformer Pilates who are ready to level up. Expect a faster pace, creative sequences, and more challenging variations to deepen your practice. You'll refine technique, build endurance, and target deeper stabilising muscles through dynamic, full-body movement. With a focus on control, coordination, and flow, this class keeps things energising while pushing your strength and flexibility further. Prior Reformer experience recommended.
