Welcome, I’m Julia. I help people build a healthy and balanced lifestyle through a supportive, realistic approach to wellness. My coaching combines nutrition, fitness and mindfulness to create habits that truly fit your life, not someone else’s rules or expectations. My philosophy is simple: everything starts with love. When you care for your body and mind from a place of compassion instead of pressure or punishment, lasting change becomes possible. Wellness isn’t about restriction, perfection or trying to earn your worth. It’s about feeling good, feeling grounded and connected to yourself. Together, we explore what feels right for you. We focus on consistency, not extremes. I guide you to find what works, what you enjoy and what supports your energy, confidence and wellbeing, not just for a moment, but for life.

Movement should feel good, not like punishment. In this 1:1 session, we focus on building a routine that fits your energy, lifestyle and goals. Whether you’re new to fitness or returning after a break, I’ll help you find the types of movement you actually enjoy, so exercise becomes something you look forward to. We’ll focus on progress over perfection, build consistency without burnout and create a strong foundation for both physical and mental strength.
