I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Chester, UK. I have a strong interest in promoting evidence-based nutrition and improving health outcomes at a population level. Through my academic training and NHS volunteering experience, I have developed an understanding of the role of nutrition in disease prevention and community health. I am particularly interested in making nutrition information simple, practical, and accessible to diverse populations. I am currently looking to build my experience in public health nutrition and contribute to initiatives that support healthier communities.
