I am Divya Surendran, a passionate Public Health Nutrition postgraduate student at the University of Chester. With an academic background in Family and Community Science and Botany, I have a strong understanding of how nutrition and lifestyle influence health and wellbeing. My interest in this field was sparked during my role as a Marketing Manager at Forever Living Products, where I was introduced to the importance of natural health and wellness. I have since focused my learning and practical experience on key areas such as weight management, healthy weight gain, understanding fats, balanced eating, diet planning, and diabetes management. Through my studies, certifications like “A Matter of Fat” by the British Nutrition Foundation, and volunteering with the NHS, I aim to help individuals make sustainable dietary choices that support their health goals and improve quality of life.
