About Cornelia
I’m Cornelia Dahinten, a trauma-informed Clinical Hypnotherapist, Breakthrough Coach, Couples Therapist, and Conscious Parenting Coach, and the founder of Conscious Connections Consultancy, with over 20 years of experience. I specialise in relationships—supporting couples, families, and professionals like you in building healthy, grounded, and lasting connections. My approach is science-based, integrating psychology, neuroscience, and attachment theory with practical, hands-on tools that create real, sustainable change. Together, we focus on strengthening your confidence, resilience, and self-esteem. While we sometimes look into the past to understand patterns, learn, and recalibrate, a central part of our work is the active creation of what you truly want in your life and relationships. I’ve supported couples in deepening their bond, families in raising children more consciously, and professionals in becoming clearer, more effective communicators. I’m trained in EMDR, TRE, clinical hypnotherapy, couples therapy, conscious parenting, NLP, EFT, and Inner Child Matrix work, and I bring a thoughtful, integrative, and grounded approach to every session we have together.
Less on Your Plate, More Connection in Your Home This isn't another program telling you the "right" way to parent. It's a space to work out what actually fits your kids, your culture, your values and your real life — using neuroscience, child development and psychology as the backbone, and practical tools you can use tomorrow. No dogma. No 10-step method you're supposed to force onto a family that doesn't work that way. We look at what's a must, what can be unloaded, and what each person in the household — including you — actually needs to feel more connected, confident and lighter in the day-to-day. Everyone gets clarity on their role, not more items on the to-do list. We work on things like: Understanding what's driving your child's behaviour (and what's driving your reaction to it) Building a strategy that fits your family, not just generic framework Sorting "important" from "urgent" so you stop reacting to everything Communication that actually lands with your kid's age and temperament Rebuilding connection after a rough patch or big life change Finding your own confidence as a parent, not someone else's rulebook
