I'm Giorgia, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner specialising in sleep and conscious dreaming. Through Lucid Mind Hypnotherapy, I offer online 1-to-1 sessions that work directly with the subconscious mind to address the root cause of poor sleep, not just the symptoms. I help clients overcome insomnia, sleep anxiety, nightmares, and racing thoughts at bedtime. I also specialise in lucid dreaming and dream interpretation, using the dream state as a space for healing and self-discovery. This rare combination of clinical hypnotherapy and deep dream work is informed by over a decade of Buddhist contemplative practice.
