About Minal
When it comes to personal health and what is most meaningful in life, the only person who truly knows what that looks and feels like, is you. I used to work as a nutritional therapist, giving my clients ‘perfect plans’ to address their physical symptoms and optimise their health. Except, people didn’t always follow through on their plan. It wasn’t until I became a coach and understood the power of creating a safe, judgement free space to allow an individual to feel seen and explore what is most important to them, motivate them to take meaningful, purpose- led steps forward that I saw a different kind of transformation in people that my plans could never touch. Hi, I’m Minal. I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed and frustrated with not being able to implement what they know how to do so well, or simply feel lost about taking that first step to create a healthier, happier, more authentic life. My role is to allow you to get fully present with your reality, and ask questions such as what is it that you really want right now, and what is the risk of staying where you are? I will challenge, encourage and empower you to take brave steps, create an alternative reality and perhaps learn something new about yourself. I am most passionate about helping women find their voice, find balance from navigating a life change (relationships, career, health, etc), or those who are fed up of complaining about the same things and are ready to do things different, finally putting themselves before others and embracing a fierce, confident, more true version of you. Areas we can explore together include healthy eating and exercise, habit and behaviour change, long term health condition such as chronic fatigue and weight management, stress and sleep, motivation and accountability, burnout, holistic implications that might be getting in the way (environment, relationships etc), purpose, past experiences. Currently supporting people in the NHS, I am very well versed in working with people looking for support in self-management with chronic disease (PCOS, diabetes and chronic fatigue), obesity, and mild depression and anxiety. (Note, I am not medically trained and will refer you back to the suitable health care professional for anything outside of my remit) My training includes techniques such as motivational interviewing- helping you to consider what you can do for yourself, NLP that helps build a therapeutic relationship, and trauma-informed care, allowing space to understand how past experiences may be impacting you today. If you are looking for 1-2-1 support, ready to be inspired, challenged and motivated to make core changes for a healthier, happier more authentic life, we should talk. Book an intro call with me to start your journey to better health and wellbeing that matters to you. Corporate services including 1-2-1 coaching, content creation, workshops and corporate talks also available.
