I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist, people-lover, and foodie. I specialise in healthy eating, weight management, and behaviour change, using an evidence-based, non-diet approach. I support individuals to improve their health and lifestyle while still enjoying the foods they love. I believe health is not just about what you eat, but how you eat, and the thoughts, emotions, and habits behind your food choices. For this reason, I place strong emphasis on the psychological side of nutrition, helping clients build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. My work is holistic and person-centred, considering nutrition alongside sleep, physical activity, stress, and mental wellbeing. I collaborate closely with clients to set realistic, clinically appropriate goals that fit into real life. With so much conflicting health information and many factors beyond our control, my role is to guide my clients through a simple, step-by-step journey towards better health, helping them feel not only healthier, but happier, both physically and mentally.
