I help exhausted women who've been running on empty for far too long. I specialise in deep rest and nervous system recalibration through yoga nidra, breathwork, and what I call "soul science"—blending practical techniques with contemplative wisdom. This isn't about quick fixes or sleep hygiene lists you've already tried. It's about getting underneath the exhaustion to help you feel anchored, bring quiet to your inner critic, and sleep properly again. I've been doing this work for over 15 years. Women come to me when they're done with pushing through, and what starts as "fix my sleep" often becomes something deeper—a complete shift in how they move through life. Less frantic, more grounded, actually able to rest. My approach is gentle but powerful. We work at your pace, with your nervous system, not against it.
