I am Maria Yasnova, a certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Motherhood Life Coach, and mother, based in South East London. My work is grounded in the power of oxytocin: the hormone of love, connection, and safety. It’s what fuels our instincts, softens the sharp edges of motherhood, and helps us grow into our new selves. Stronger, calmer, and more confident. Since 2009, I’ve supported mothers and families through the most vulnerable, transformative stages of life.
