About Sarah
I'm a nervous system health coach, working with people in the in-between — the space between who you've been and who you're becoming, where the old way of living no longer fits and the next one hasn't arrived. My work centres around nervous system health - building restoration, regulation and resilience - focusing on how you come back to steadiness after stress, and how you build the capacity to stay with difficulty without shutting down. My approach weaves science with creativity and spirituality to help cultivate lasting change. Coaching sessions are a blend of breathwork, somatic practice, yoga and sound, all tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I'm training in integrative psychotherapy at Regent's University London, though my work here is as coach, not a therapist. I host the Liminal Space podcast, where you can find meditation, breathwork and visualisation. I also paint, and both feed my work. Book a 15 minute call to connect and understand whether I can support your needs.
A full hour, built around your nervous system on the day rather than a fixed method. This is my main session and the one most people start with. We begin with where you actually are - sleep, energy, what's been happening in your body this week. We'll meet that and work with whatever that calls for. Some sessions are almost entirely breath, some incorporate slow, somatic movement, or simply receiving sound. A nervous system needs to settle before it can expand, so I'll help you build tolerance and to manage stress by expanding your capacity. You'll leave with something specific to take away - a practice, a pattern to notice, or simply a clearer read on your nervous system.
