I’m a women’s health dietitian with over 8-years of experience, supporting women through a holistic female-health lens across all life stages. ✓ A 60 minute consultation via Telehealth ✓ An in depth assessment of your health history, presenting symptoms, diet, lifestyle and nutrient intake ✓ A thorough assessment of any current pathology results, and referrals for further testing if necessary ✓ Review of your current medications and supplements, with tailored advice on your supplement regimen as required. ✓ A personalised meal and treatment plan will be emailed to you following your appointment In our first session, I’ll take the time to really get to know you - your health concerns, lifestyle, symptoms, medical history, and your relationship with food and your body. I’ll complete a full nutrition assessment and together, we’ll create a personalised plan that aligns with your goals and values. After the session, you’ll receive a tailored summary with key points, practical strategies, and any resources we discussed to support you moving forward.
