Hi, I’m Christina. I’m a Wellbeing & Self-Development Coach. I work with women who are seeking greater clarity, agency & a more supportive relationship with themselves. My coaching takes a holistic view of wellbeing, recognising the connection between our inner world and the lives we’re living day to day: the habits, relationships, environments, sense of purpose, and the expectations we place on ourselves. My work is informed by research and shaped through reflective practice, helping make sense of what’s been shaping each clients individual experience and supporting them to make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. I love all things wellness- the books, the practices, the trends, the podcasts, but I also know how overwhelming the sheer amount of information and guidance can feel. From my own experience, what matters most is finding your own way within it. Creating a version of wellbeing & fulfillment that fits your real life. Getting clear on what genuinely supports you, what lightens your load, and what no longer needs to be carried. I’m qualified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and currently completing a Master’s in Coaching at the University of Cambridge. I’m a solo parent to my 10-year-old son, which has deeply shaped how I live and how I work with clients. At the heart of my work is supporting women to become more curious about themselves, to understand what a fulfilling life looks like for them personally, and to move away from the idea that there is a one-size-fits-all way of living well. My role is to support that process and offer practical tools that help bring clarity, perspective, and choice.
What this session offers
To even consider embarking on this journey of personal development is a brave step. It’s a willingness to become curious about your life, your wellbeing & start being honest about what may feel out of alignment. Often it begins with a sense that something needs attention, even if you can’t yet name what that is. We will work through three phases in coaching together: Clarity, Connection, and Change. Clarity is about taking an honest look at your life. Noticing what already feels supportive and where more care, attention, or commitment is needed & also what you can let go of, including the pressures you may no longer need to carry. Connection is where we begin to understand what’s been shaping your experience and map out tangible steps that support a better relationship with yourself. Change is about turning that awareness into something lived- integrating what matters most in a way that feels realistic, sustainable & aligned with who you are and the direction you want to move in. Throughout our sessions, we look at the patterns shaping your life, what’s been influencing how you feel & what changes would feel most supportive for you right now. This work is holistic because your life is multidimensional: nothing exists in isolation, and everything contributes to how you feel, how you respond, and what you want next. Whether you choose a single session or a series, coaching offers you the structure to notice what matters most and the clarity to make changes that feel aligned with who you are and where you want to go, in a way that feels both achievable and sustainable.
