Designed and built by the family, our fully equipped kitchen offers the warm, welcoming feel of stepping into our home kitchen. Led by the dynamic trio of Diana and her two children, Sophie and Rich, our business is a true family affair. Darling Diana leads the team with her son Rich serving as head chef, while her daughter Sophie, alongside her husband Niv, manages the business operations. Our mission is to teach people of all ages and abilities an understanding of food while having a blast! We are known to our customers as ‘The Most Fun Cookery School In London’. Encouraging people to move away from cookbook dependency and treating recipes as sources of inspiration and guidance. Love, enthusiasm, and a relaxed, fun atmosphere are integral to all our classes and courses. We want people to enter the kitchen with a smile and to leave with a bigger one. In our 80+ classes, we have anything from the short, sociable public (and sometimes boozy) classes and 1 & 2-week courses, to corporate events, private hens, kids' parties and online masterclasses – you name it, we do it! As a mum herself, Brodie understands firsthand the changes (and challenges!) that come with growing a tiny human and moving through the postpartum season.
