Hi, I am Stefania, Psychotherapist and Yoga teacher. I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP). I have long been drawn to the inner world, to understanding human experience, healing, and the deeper layers of being. My early curiosity for philosophy and personal growth naturally led me to Yoga, not only as a physical practice, but as a doorway into the intelligence of the body and its capacity to hold, express, and transform experience. I am a qualified psychotherapist, and my work is grounded in a trauma-informed, somatic approach that recognises the inseparable connection between body and mind. I offer spaces where both can be explored together where thoughts, emotions, sensations, and patterns are gently brought into awareness and met with care. Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I teach Yoga and facilitate workshops and group spaces in Ireland and internationally. I also work within the corporate sector as a wellness counsellor, delivering workshops that support nervous system regulation, stress management and embodied healing. At the heart of my work is the understanding that the body holds our lived experiences, including stress, emotional wounds, and trauma. Through an integration of body-oriented psychotherapy and yoga-based practices, I support people in reconnecting with their inner resources, restoring a sense of safety within themselves, and allowing held experiences to be processed and integrated. I see myself as an inner explorer, committed to ongoing learning, personal practice, and professional development. This continuous deepening allows me to hold space with presence, sensitivity, and respect, creating a supportive environment where healing can unfold at each person’s own pace. My intention is to bridge Eastern and Western therapeutic approaches, offering a compassionate and grounded space where the body, mind, and emotional world can come back into relationship, fostering greater awareness, integration, and wholeness.
