About Hafsat
Hi, my name is Hafsat. I’m a Nutrition and Dietetics professional with experience in both hospital and community settings. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma, Higher National Diploma, and National Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics, and I’ve completed a one-year hospital internship. Currently, I work as a dietitian, creating therapeutic diets, providing nutrition counseling, and supporting patients in achieving better health. My key interests are pediatric nutrition, underweight case management, and nutrition education. I also have IT and data analysis skills, which I use to create digital solutions and engaging content to make nutrition more practical and accessible. I’m passionate about helping people live healthier lives through food.
