Julia Young

I’m Julia Young, a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and Fertility Specialist, specialising in PCOS and fertility. I help women and couples explore the underlying factors that may be affecting their fertility, including ovulation, hormone health, insulin resistance, nutrition and lifestyle. Having faced my own challenges with PCOS and fertility, I understand the frustration of trying to conceive without clear answers. This personal journey inspired me to retrain in nutrition and develop a holistic approach that looks beyond symptoms. I work with individuals and couples at different stages of their fertility journey, including those with PCOS, irregular periods, unexplained infertility or preparing for IVF. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with personalised guidance on supplements, lifestyle and relevant testing, helping you understand your individual needs and make practical changes to support your fertility.
