This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) that Valvita Innovations Limited, trading as AMA, uses on amaforyou.com, what they do and how you can control them. Effective date: 13 October 2026.

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We only use the essential ones without asking. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you accept them in our cookie banner.

You can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies, and change or withdraw your choice at any time. When you withdraw, we delete those cookies from our site straight away.

• ama_consent (AMA cookie): remembers your cookie choice. 6 months.
• accessToken, refreshToken, accessTokenExpiration, userData (AMA cookies): keep you signed in and secure your account. Until you sign out or your session ends.
• ama_currency, ama_rates_GBP (AMA local storage): remember the currency you chose and the exchange rates used to show prices.
• redirectUrl, amalive_* (AMA local storage): return you to the page you were on after signing in, and remember your Ama Live registration on this device.
• Messaging and video calls (Sendbird, Agora): when you use chat or join a session, your device connects to these providers to deliver it.
• Error monitoring (TrackJS): if a page breaks, technical details of the error (page, browser, error message) are sent to TrackJS so we can fix it. No cookies.

Help us understand how AMA is used so we can fix problems and improve it.

• _ga, _ga_VCDPDDFESR (Google Analytics cookies): count visits and tell visits apart. Up to 13 months.
• ph_*_posthog (PostHog cookie and local storage): measure how pages and features are used, including recordings of sessions on the site. 1 year.

Measure whether our adverts lead to sign-ups and bookings.

• _gcl_au, _gcl_ls (Google Ads cookie and local storage): link an ad click to a sign-up or booking. 90 days.
• IDE (Google, set on doubleclick.net): advert measurement. Up to 13 months.

Some of our typefaces are licensed from Adobe Fonts and load from Adobe's servers, so your browser contacts Adobe, which counts page views for licensing. Adobe sets no cookies. All other fonts are served by AMA itself.
