Nat van Zee is an award-winning burnout coach and trauma-informed hypnotherapist who works with high achievers and empaths who feel deeply. A certified coach through the ICF-accredited Institute of Coaching Mastery and a qualified IFS practitioner, she blends somatic coaching, Internal Family Systems, hypnosis, and nervous system regulation to help clients get to the root of burnout, anxiety, and self-sabotage, often when nothing else has worked. For 25 years, I worked behind the scenes with A-list talent across fashion, media and entertainment, including London, Paris and New York Fashion Week. That experience taught me something few people ever see: Confidence is an inside job. What matters isn't how you look when you step into the spotlight. It's how you feel, what your body is telling you and what you say to yourself before you step into it. Today, I combine that experience with deep therapeutic work to help people feel safe enough to be fully themselves and express who they really are—whether in a boardroom, on a stage, in front of a camera or in their closest relationships.
