My approach is simple, realistic, and tailored to your lifestyle so you can enjoy food without the stress or confusion. As a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, I combine scientific expertise with a supportive, practical style to guide you step by step.
