About Hope in Minds
Hope in Minds is a mindfulness and wellbeing practice supporting parents and children through the everyday chaos of family life. A former School Mental Health Lead with over 20 years’ experience in education, Christine brings a grounded, embodied understanding of how children, and the adults around them, regulate emotion and behaviour. As a mindfulness teacher and coach, Christine works with parents, children, schools and organisations to build a clearer understanding of the nervous system, offering practical, compassionate tools for navigating stress, big emotions and everyday overwhelm. Her approach blends evidence-based mindfulness practice with real-world experience of supporting young people’s mental health, helping families and professionals feel steadier, calmer and more connected.
